ABOUT

I am a freelance photographer based in Bangalore, India.

My introduction to photography began shortly after finishing school, when I learned the basics of darkroom processing at a local studio in Kerala, where I was raised.

I later pursued a degree in Applied Arts at the College of Fine Arts in Trivandrum. During that time, I began photographing people, nature, and everyday objects using a 35mm Pentax with a 50mm lens.

After completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts, I started my career as a visual artist at an advertising agency, and later joined an animation studio. During this period, I acquired a medium format camera and began working independently, focusing on advertising photography in Cochin.

In 2010, I relocated to Bangalore and have since collaborated with more than forty established brands. These include Kerala Tourism, Times of India, Indigo, Malayala Manorama, Van Heusen, Peter England, Radio Mango, Rohan Builders, Ramco Cements, Sleepy Head, Nirvana Films, Ola, Uber, Myntra, Blossom, Sunny Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, M for Marry, iD, Himalaya, Royal Challenge, Unibev, and Diageo, among others.

My work has been featured three times in Lürzer’s International Archive.

I continue to freelance today. In recent years, I have expanded my practice to include storytelling photography, a personal project I call "mile deep." My current focus is on people, portraiture, and lifestyle imagery.
